3 qt milk and butter

3.75 lbs bleu cheese crumbles

4 fl oz lemon juice

2.5 gallon mayonnaise

1 pkg dry original ranch dressing

1/4 cup iodized salt

1/4 cup whole celery seed

1 tbls regular grind black pepper

1/4 cup granulated onion

Mix mayonnaise, spices and lemon juice in large mixer bowl, start mixing. Add bleu cheese, then buttermilk. Mix well on low speed.

Yield = 4 Gallons
