5 - chicken tenders
2 oz bleu cheese dressing
2 fl oz wing hot sauce
1 fl oz milk
2.5 oz spicy breading
1 - leaf lettuce
Dip tenders in milk, then spicy breading, deep fry until golden in color and 165 internal temperature. Remove from fryer and toss in hot sauce. Place lettuce on plate, then add chicken tenders. Place dressing in 2 oz ramekin and place on plate.
