MEDITERRANEAN PASTA WITH CHICKEN

12 oz cooked penne noodles

8 fl oz sun-dried tomato cream sauce

2 oz julienne roasted red peppers

1 - chicken breast

1 tsp steak seasoning

1 tsp dried parsley

1 - slice bread (grilled)

1 - side salad

½ oz parmesan cheese (shredded) 

 

Place pasta in pasta cooker on stove and heat (in water). Place peppers and sun-dried tomato cream sauce in saute pan on stove top and heat until bubbling. Place pasta (drained well) in saute pan and toss. Place in bowl. Season and grill chicken until 165 degrees internal temperature. Slice into 6 slices and place on top in circular shape. Top chicken with parmesan cheese and parsley. Place bread on side of bowl. Serve salad prior to entree.
