POT ROAST QUESADILLAS

1 - 12 in flour tortilla

2 oz shredded cheese

3.5 oz shredded pot roast

2 fl oz apple salsa

1.5 oz queso vegetables

½ leaf lettuce

2 fl oz sour cream

 

On flat grill, heat pot roast and vegetables. Heat flour tortilla. Place ½ cheese on tortilla, the meat and vegetables, top with cheese, fold in half. Place in oven and melt cheese for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and cut into 6 wedges, place on plate with salsa & sour cream (each in a 2 oz ramekin) and garnish
