I ate at your establishment in Sevierville, for supper and just wanted to say that our waitress Jamie was great. It was a busy night and we brought in about 30 people but that didn't faze her! She was great and deserves a little something extra. The staff greeting at the front door were very nice and accomodating to our group as well. We usually vacation in Sevierville every Fall. Last year was the first time we had visited The Apple Barn. What a treat !!!. We thought the food could not have been any better !!!. The Apple Fritters and Apple Butter... what a appetizer. We had supper there, and on Friday..on our way back home we stopped there for lunch and also brought back apple fritters, jellies, apple butter, etc. We will be visiting there again in August this year....And we do plan on eating there several times. Anyone who visits the Smokies is missing out on a delicious and friendly atmosphere. So, on your next visit to Sevierville...Treat yourself to a very inexpensive meal !!! My family has been coming to your restaurant for many years. We never leave without a bag of apple fritters and a trip to the gift barn for apple butter and bread. On October 19 we went to the Applewood Grill for the first time. I had always heard good things about your restaurant, and would just like to say that we had a great meal. The restaurant is very charming. We both enjoyed the apple fritters and apple butter and the julep. It was a nice alternative to regular bread rolls that are usually served at restaurants. Jeff had the trout and I had the catfish and both of our dinners were delicious. Our waiter, Chris, was excellent. We never had an empty glass, and he checked in with us often. Thank you for having such great food and great service. We will certainly revisit. Next time we hope to check out the mill and winery as well. Samantha Byrd, Oak Ridge, TN.
We love eating at your restaurant! My husband and I come to the Smokey Mountains 3-4 times a year and of course we eat at the Applewood Farmhouse each visit (sometimes twice). We feel like we are going home when we visit you all. I believe we have ate in every room several times. We don't mind waiting because of the rockers on the front porch and everyone being so friendly. BUT the last time we were there we either saw something we haven't seen before OR it is new. Anyway we want to thank you for giving us a 10% discount on our meal because we had our church bulletin with us. When we sat down and saw the sign we were so excited. The young waiter said he loved to read what was going on in the different churches before he turned the bulletin in. What a witness!!! Thanks again and we will see you when we are back down that way. Hi there. Just wanted to let ya'll know how much we enjoyed eating at the Applewood Grill. We were on our honeymoon and ate there three times while we were there. The atmosphere, the staff, and the food was awesome. We would go back in a heartbeat. We have been stopping at the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant for years and can't come to town unless we eat at least one meal with you. Always stuffed after we finish, we roll into the parking lot to try to fit into our car. My family absolutely LOVES eating at (what we call) the Apple Barn! Recently on a trip to South Carolina we went out of our way to have supper in Sevierville. Normally our kids don't eat vegetable soup but yours is the exception. On Sunday, Aug. 3, 2008 my family stopped by your restaurant for lunch. Although it was busy, our server, Linda did a great job and made us feel welcome. I just wanted to let you know what great service we received from Linda. The food was delicious and it was a nice way to end our trip.

We were on vacation in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and under recommendation from neighbors of ours, we visited your restaurant. We had dinner at the Applewood Farmhouse Grill on Apple Valley Road in Sevierville. Additionally we visited the Applewood Farmhouse restaurant the following morning for breakfast. We couldn't be happier with the service, food and atmosphere in either location. We also stopped at the gift shop and watched them make candy before we headed back home. We just wanted to thank you and your staff for making our vacation a memorable one. We were there on July 8th at 7PM and Chris was our server. He tended to our every need with the utmost professionalism. We couldn't have had a better server. Again, thank you so much, and we will definitely recommend you to all our friends and family.

Hello! I would like to tell you that we absolutely loved your restaurant! We came on Saturday, July 26 at lunch time and we loved it so much we came back again on Monday, July 28. The service was wonderful, the food was the best ever, and we couldn't have been happier! There are not too many places that you can leave and all 6 people that went can say 'Wow! That was the best! My family came for dinner on Saturday evening July 26th @ 6:00 p.m. Because there were 25 of us, I called a couple of weeks in advance and talked with Amanda. She was very courteous and helpful and took our name so we wouldn't have to wait for a long time with so many little ones - thank you Amanda! I just wanted to let you know we had the best dining experience ever. We've been having family reunions for years and it has always been difficult to please everyone with a restaurant, receive good service and have everyone's stomachs full and happy! YOU DID IT! Our server was Joyce and what a gem you have! Not only was she efficient and helpful, making sure everyone got what they ordered - plus some - she was very friendly and patient, which with our crew can be difficult at times. Please thank Joyce for us for making our Applewood Farmhouse experience the best. The family didn't stop talking about how wonderful dinner was the rest of the weekend. We always stop at the restaurant when we are in the area, but you can be sure we will be telling everyone about you. Keep up the good work.
